Who receives this request?

Transvins, Bordeaux wine merchant since 1986, 19 rue Édouard Faure in Bordeaux. It's a team of fewer than ten people: the reply comes from someone with the stock in front of them, not from a customer service department.

What if I don't have quantities yet?

Fill in the occasion, the date and the number of guests, and leave the rest blank. The quote will suggest a split; or go through the calculator first, which takes a minute and fills in this form when you come back.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum is imposed, but under about twenty bottles the sliding prices and the delivery no longer beat your local wine shop. The calculators say so themselves when that's the case.

Are unopened cases taken back?

No. We say so beforehand, not afterwards: the quantities suggested are worked out with a margin of 8 to 10%, not 20%, so that nothing ends up left in a garage.
