Wine for a party in Cannes during the Festival, MIPIM or Cannes Lions
A cocktail party on a yacht in the Vieux-Port, a dinner in a villa in La Californie, a suite or a stand during a trade show. During those weeks, all of Cannes orders at the same time. How many bottles for the evening
Six glasses per bottle, twelve per magnum. Margin included: 8% standing, 10% seated, because unopened cases are not taken back.

What matters in Cannes in those weeks
- Ask early. Three weeks ahead, you have a choice of vintages and formats. In the last week, caterers, delivery drivers and crews are all booked.
- Magnums make the evening on a deck or a terrace, and pour faster. They are confirmed according to stock: see champagne, prestige cuvées.
- On a yacht, delivery is arranged with the crew: name of the boat, port, berth, time. The yacht provisioning calculator covers the whole cruise.

How many bottles of champagne for a cocktail party of 100 people?
For three hours, four glasses per guest: 400 glasses, or 67 bottles, 72 with the 8% margin. If champagne makes up half, around forty bottles, or about twenty magnums.
When should you order the wine for the Cannes Film Festival?
At least three weeks ahead, so in April for the May Festival. For magnums or a specific vintage, earlier still: the quote says what is in stock and what has to be sourced.
Can you get an invoice in the company's name?
Yes. The quote and invoice are in the company's name, with VAT. Give the registered company name and billing address in the request.
Are unopened bottles taken back?
No. That is why the tool counts a small margin, 8% standing and 10% seated, and no more.
